I always feel so much better and more prepared when I get my menu completed and my grocery list written down for the week. Life is just not as hectic when I have an idea what I am making for dinner!

Thursday~ Tuna Rice Muffinettes, Peas
Friday~ Cupcakes, Green Beans, Ice Cream with Carmel Syrup (Some of you may be wondering…uhhhhh, what????, but keep an eye out for my April Fools post………It is going to be SO MUCH FUN!)
Saturday~ Shredded Chicken & Lime Rice Burritos
Sunday~ Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Corn
